Open up the run command with the 'Windows Key + R' key combo. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device. In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. To do a system restore, follow Recovery options in Windows 10. In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers. If you are still facing issues and none of the solutions are working, try using System Restore.
